Mr. Rajneesh Oswal is the Chairman & Managing Director of Shreyans Industries Limited. A Commerce Graduate with an MBA from the United States, he joined the Company as a Director in 1989 and has since led its growth over a career spanning more than three decades in industry and administration.
His rich experience in manufacturing, strategy, and corporate management has been central to the Company’s progress and reputation as a leading agro-based paper manufacturer. A strong believer in building on the best, Mr. Oswal has consistently invested in world-class infrastructure and technology at the Company’s mills in Ahmedgarh and Ropar — keeping Shreyans competitive, capable, and future-ready.

Mr. Vishal Oswal serves as the Vice-Chairman & Managing Director of Shreyans Industries Limited, bringing with him an accomplished legacy of leadership that has been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth and strategic direction over the years.
A Commerce Graduate by academic foundation, Mr. Oswal has built upon his formal education with over three decades of hands-on experience in corporate management and administration — a tenure that spans periods of significant transformation in India’s paper and agro-based industries.
